The Streets Assistant offers a comprehensive overview of operational activities, streamlining management processes and establishing a direct communication channel with drivers and customers. The Operations Manager module facilitates route planning and assignment to drivers while providing a real-time snapshot of ongoing operations to support informed decision-making.

This Mobile Assistant equips drivers with an intuitive interface accessible via the embedded tablet in each vehicle. It enables users to monitor route progress and access essential features, including:

• Viewing, creating, and editing observations with multiple attributes;
• Real-time updates on street conditions within assigned areas;
• Utilization of various base maps, including specialized operational layers;
• Collection of live observations from the field and vehicle status updates;
• Driver location tracking and sharing capabilities on the map;
